Gamay noir 100%. Vines average about 40 years and lie on soils of very altered deep granite with a classic density of 10,000 feet / ha. Sustainable vinegrowing certified HEV (High Environmental Value) Grassing and trellising in the vineyards. Manuel harvest at full ripeness – destemming 60% Maceration in controlled temperature under 30°C for 12 days – pneumatic pressing - Reared in vat and bottled april - minimum SO2

Small black fruits (ripe cherry) The aeration is enriched with a hint of spices, stone fruits of plum or cherry in brandy.
