Côte de Brouilly Nicolas BOUDEAU

Monternière

Matured for 9 months in clay amphorae Velvety and Tenderness ...

The deep granite of the Côte de Brouilly and his amphorae's ageing bring to this wine a lot of minerality and freshness. Structured wine, however all lace, whose fruity flesh (peaches, plums) gives a lot of pleasure. Its mineral and graphite side is very seductive. Enjoy it now and in the next 3 years.

« Eight months in amphora has given this wine that has strong minerality allied to crisp res-currant fiuitiness. It is bright with acidity that is currently muted by a dry core. The wine needs to soften, so wait until late 2021. »

« Perfumed and structures, this wine shows a tight texture and some oxidative characteristics. With its tannins, it has aging potential, giving the bright berry fruits a chance to soften and broaden. Drink from late 2020 »
