An absolute delicacy of pure wine as this cuvee is vinified without sulfites and bottled without filtration. The crunch of the fruit freshly acidulated and without tannins will let you succumb to the pleasure of drinking another bottle ! Wine to enjoy now and within 2 years.

From vineyard to glass

100% Gamay noir. Sustainable vinegrowing certified HEV3 (High Environmental Value Level 3- which is the highest grade). Average 60 years of age. Vineyard planted with a density of 10,000 feet per hectare. Soil is deep carbonized granite. Grapes manually harvest and de-stemmed (about 40%). Maceration with controlled temperatures (under 30°C for 6 days). Reared in vat.
