From vineyard to glass

Sustainable vinegrowing certified HEV3 (High Environmental Value Level 3 - which is the highest grade). 100 ¨% Gamay noir. Average 60 years of age. Vineyard planted with a density of 10,000 feet per hectare. Soil is deep carbonized granite.
